Puerto Rico.

Switzerland Alps.
Rome, Italy. Seriously the BEST gelato I ever had. If you are going to Rome, email me and I’ll tell you where to get some.
Rome, Italy.
London, England.
London, England. I can’t believe I let those dirty birds touch me. But you do crazy things when you travel.
Paris, France. Eiffel Tower. Yup, we climbed up it.
Caribbean.
Caribbean. Swimming with stingray.

I too stopped to try to figure out the relatives, then was happy to read the answers. But even without the answers I was sure that Aunt Brenda was related because I think she looks a lot like you. I couldn’t have said which of your parents she looked like, but definitely related to you. Beautiful pictures!
That is really sad to be so, so close and not get to see it.
On the other hand, that’s awesome that you even got to see the shuttle. Even that is awesome! (if only it weren’t tainted by the, “if only”)
First, that is AWESOME about your students. Blessings, blessings.
Second, I’m really glad you didn’t blog during your trip. I missed reading, but hello, adventures are meant to be enjoyed while you can. Blogging can happen anytime. Or not at all and that’s okay to. Cheers for enjoying your vacation.
I am so jealous. I WANT to see an alligator.
nice pictures leslie, we miss you alot, hope you come see us again soon. the pictures are so good, your ought to enter them in photo contests, you’re very good at it. brenda and i are looking forward to the next visit, when it’s warmer though.
I was looking at your side bar reading a different post and saw picture #3 again and decided I love it more than the first time! For some reason it reminds me of Scotland….a place I’ve never been, but wish I have!
Ree’s is my favorite because everything she tells me about I want to buy!
I try to limit myself to regularly reading blogs of people I know, but when it comes to just amazing blogs I have found this one. Jasmine Star is also up for one of the bloggie awards in photography. Not only am I completetly jealous of her photography skills and that she gets to do that for a living, but I also love her writing style. She seems to make each new client feel special and exciting and doesn’t mind sharing personal stories and insights. Check her out! http://www.jasminestarblog.com/
Shame on you for making me waste all of this time looking at these blogs. It really makes me WANT to blog. One Day!! One Day!! Anyway, I think one of my favorites was the Smitten Kitten. I liked it for two reasons. First of all for obvious reasons – I LOVE FOOD. But second of all, I love looking at her photography techniques. I really liked the simple layout too. Bakerella was also a favorite of mine for the exact same reasons. I’m pathetic, I know. But thanks for getting me to check out more of the blogging world. It was fun. Now I must get back to doing something productive.

I love this website because of the cool posts on jewelry, photography, and crafts.
Well done, my friend!! These are great photos and you are becoming quite the photographer. I must say that I really like the title photo best. That scene on the beach really leaves me longing to be there. Of course I also like the GREEN leaves, but there is just something about the beach that makes me want to be there at that moment. Again – Well Done!
this is one of my favorite blogs and websites. it is YouTube for thinkers. it’s called Big Think and it creates a perfect democracy. anyone can start a conversation about anything. and then anyone can comment. really is amazing. and i hope… the future of our democracy in america and the world.
bigthink.com
boingboing.net is my favorite. It is a growing collection of interesting things found all over the internet. Most of the entries aren’t earth-shattering, but many are interesting enough to make me say, “Huh. That’s cool.”
I really just love reading all my friends’ blogs. I’ve been pretty busy lately, so I haven’t even been doing that much. . . But, I guess you could say my favorite non-friend blog is http://foodstoragemadeeasy.net/. Food Storage and Emergency Preparedness has been on the mind a lot lately, so this is a great site with a lot of tips!
I’m not a huge blog reader, but I will browse when I’m looking for inspiration (I’m a photographer) or if I need a distraction.
My old boss told me about Stephanie Nielson’s blog after her plane crash. She is amazing and so inspiring! This is a blog that is uplifting, inspiring, and holds my attention!

Um, I don’t want to admit it, but I’m a ‘blogstalker’ and can’t list some of my favorite blogs.
Actually, I’ve never really looked up blogs besides those of friends, except for one:
cakewrecks.blogspot.com
HILARIOUS! I kind of wish I someday get a ‘cake wreck’ just for kicks.
I am not a big blogger. I don’t actually read any or even do one but I did come across this one in the last month and it is great. It is a mother’s blog and her kid accidentally drowned and he fully recovered. She has a gift for writing and expressing things. The site is http://stakerzxposed.blogspot.com/ If you want to read a true miracle in the making you should read this blog.
Looks like I’m just in time. Hope the dentist visit is going alright. And I hope you’re having an awesome birthday (other than the dentist).
As for a blog, I don’t really have one to offer. I read blogs of friends and families and try to avoid all others because they are time suckers. Majorly. But in an effort to win the card, I’ll send along one of those. So, one I think you might enjoy because of the English/writer + young adult connections (and because it is often pretty hilarious) is emilywingsmith.com Do you remember my freshman roommate Emily? That’s her blog. Another favorite (also freshman connection, oddly enough), because it uplifts me is ourpursuits.blogspot.com
i very enjoy your own posting taste, very helpful,
don’t quit and keep creating in all honesty , because it just good worth to read it.
looking forward to look at more of your writing, have a pleasant day
So, I was going to send you a really great Happy Birthday text, but time flew by and I didn’t have a chance to do it before it was too late. Anyhow, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Your present is on the way!
Love ya! Melissa
Lies Lesli! I know specifically of 2 other times you have received flowers!!!
2 other times? Oh yeah! My birthday last year and Valentines. I just loved getting flowers from your boyfriend.
They’re so pretty!
They did look beautiful! I remember you love red velvet cake. I think you made some once, or was it strawberry cake, and we tried to invite boys over to eat it. That plan may have failed, but it was still good cake.
