Tonight I went to see (500) Days of Summer. It is an independent movie that is sweeping the nation. What I liked most about it was that it wasn’t a romantic comedy, although it did have a lot of comedy and a little romance. It wasn’t what I was expecting. What I especially love is that at the end of the film, I got this overwhelming sense that everything was right in the world. That things happen for good reasons and that we should take the positive out of what live gives us. Pretty cheesy, yes. And the soundtrack is awesome. I think I will be downloading that in the near future.
